Airport Regulations – Barbados
If you are going to visit Barbados, be aware of the following customs rules and tips. Citizens of the United States have to register their foreign-made high-ticket items they already own and will take on Barbados trip with customs before leaving the country in order not to pay duty on them. They also should fill a certificate of registration for items such as cameras, laptops, watches and other digital devices identified with serial numbers or other permanent markings.

This certificate can be kept for other trips. There are also limits of carry-on and checked baggage. The passengers may bring on the plane one bag with total measures 45 inches/114 cm and weight 40 lbs/18 kg. Checked baggage may include 2 bags measuring 62 inches/157 cm and weighing 50 lbs/23 kg. For any baggage carried over the free baggage allowances, a charge will be levied
