Airport Regulations – Dominica

In Dominica with effect from 1 December, 2008 the free baggage allowance for services is one piece at a maximum of 50 lbs (23 kg) per adult or child passenger. The maximum overall size of baggage is 62 inches (157 cm) per piece. For health and safety reasons, a piece weighing more than 70 lbs (32 kg) will not be accepted as checked baggage.

In addition passengers will be allowed one piece of cabin baggage including a laptop with maximal total dimensions of 36 inches or 91 cm and at a maximum weight of 15 lbs (7 kg). By the way this other small personal items will be carried free of charge.

Pieces of baggage which are in excess of the allowance will be subject to excess baggage charges and will only be accepted on a space available basis.
