Airport Regulations – Ecuador
Traveling to Ecuador, note that baggage allowance is different according to cabin class. Passengers of Economy Class are permitted to take 2 bags with maximal weight 50 lbs (23 kg) and maximal baggage size (length + width + height) 62 inches (158 cm) per each. In First and Business Classes it is allowed to check in 2 bags. Each of these bags must not exceed a weight 70 lb (32 kg) and total size 62 inches (158 cm). Fees for baggage more than 70 pounds (32 kg) or exceeding the maximum linear dimensions vary from airline to airline.

Any checked bag with a single dimension more than 62 inches (158 cm) and weighing more than 100 pounds (45 kg) will not be accepted. Oversized baggage charges are applied in addition to any charges that may be assessed for overweight and/or excess baggage.
