If you are going to visit France, please, note some rules as for baggage. It is strongly recommended to arrive to airport at least 2 hours prior to scheduled departure of the flight to allow enough time of checking baggage and do other formalities.
You shouldn’t put in your baggage expensive and fragile items. Don’t forget to attach 2 labels specifying your name, home address and phone inside and outside each bag. This will prevent it from getting lost in some cases.
Passengers of all flights are allowed to carry two pieces of checked baggage. Free checked baggage weight must be specified on your ticket. Weight limitation depends on fare. If you are planning to exceed baggage allowance, then you will have to pay additional service fee.
Each item of checked baggage is restricted to a maximum of 32 kg and 140 cm (length + width + height).
Passengers of all flights are permitted to bring into the cabin hand baggage and one personal item. Hand baggage is restricted to 18 kg and 115 cm. It must fit in overhead compartment or under the seat. Additional personal item must be very small and handy, so during the flight a passenger can easily manage it. This can be a briefcase or purse, laptop computer, overcoat, reading materials, walking stick, crutches, etc. It is advised to carry all important and valuable things such as documents, jewelry, currencies, keys, etc. in your hand baggage. |
