For those who are traveling to Gabon, we recommend to note some advises as for baggage. Don’t forget to put a name tag inside and outside each of your luggage, indicating clearly your permanent and destination addresses. You should also take with you in cabin only fragile items and those you would need during the flight. Please, close your baggage securely and keep the baggage tags which will be given to you at checking. Besides, you should declare all dangerous goods for your safety as well as those of other passengers. Among them they are forbidden explosives, gas, inflammable and toxic products.
Only 1 piece of hand baggage is authorized. Its total dimensions must not exceed 115 cm (length 55 cm, width 40 cm, depth 20 cm). Moreover, 1 secondary hand baggage with maximal weight 10 kg and with a reasonable size can be accepted. All sharp object or blunt instrument or any item which can be used as an arm (knife, scissors, pocket knife, nail clippers, arm toys) are strictly forbidden in cabin. You must put them in your checked in baggage. Your heaviest carry on baggage should be as far as possible placed under the seat in front of you.
Passengers of First and Business class are permitted to check in 2 pieces of baggage for a total weight not exceeding 60 kg. A baggage whose weight would exceed 32 kg will be refused. Passengers of Economy Class may take 2 pieces of baggage for a total weight not exceeding 46 kg.
Children under two-year old beneficiate a 10 kg allowance.
