Airport Regulations – Haiti

Traveling to Haiti, please, note some rules concerning your baggage. As for hand baggage, you may carry on 1 bag and 1 personal item per passenger. It may be a backpack, a purse, a briefcase, a laptop or a similar item such as book bag. Each of them must not weigh more than 40 lb / 18 kg. The total dimensions of bag must not exceed 45 inches and the personal item must not exceed 36 inches. The size limitation of your baggage is calculated by adding the total outside dimensions of each bag, that is, length + width + height. A bag and personal item has to fit under the seat or in an overhead bin.

Besides, passengers are permitted to check in 2 bags with maximal weight 50 lb (23 kg) and maximal total dimensions 62 in / 157 cm per piece.
