Airport Regulations – Kuwait
If you are flying to Kuwait, you're permitted to carry on 1 piece of baggage weighing not more than 5 kg and not exceeding the total dimension of 45 inches (115 cm) (length + weight + height). Moreover, you may carry one personal item such as laptop computer, an overcoat, an infant food, an umbrella, a small camera, etc.

The checked baggage rules are based on the concepts of weight and piece. First and Business Class passengers are permitted to check in 2 pieces of baggage, each not exceeding the dimension of 62 inches (158 cm). Each ticketed passenger of Economy Class may check 2 pieces of baggage, each not exceeding the dimension of 62 linear inches (158 cm). It is important that the combined dimensions of any two bags must not exceed 107 inches (273 cm). Additional charges apply for baggage exceeding the limits of free allowance.
