Checked baggage regulations: each passenger is allowed to check in up to three bags with a max combined weight of 15 kgs, subject to the payment of the appropriate checked baggage fees. A discounted checked baggage fee is charged for each part of checked baggage booked online. If checked luggage fees are paid either at the airport or through call centre of the airline, the full rate will apply.

Any passenger exceeding their 15 kg personal checked baggage allowance will be charged for the excess weight at the applicable rate per kilogram. Up to four hours before your scheduled departure you should contact your local airline reservations centre to add flight change fees (route, date, time), name change fees, infant fees, baggage fees, priority boarding fees, sports, infant equipment and musical instrument fee.
No pooling or sharing of baggage allowances is permitted, even within a party travelling on the same reservation.

There is no checked or hand baggage allowance for infants. However, one fully collapsible pushchair per baby can be carried free of charge. Extra infant equipment such as car or booster seats and travel cots may be carried additionally to the personal checked baggage allowance of 15 kilograms per person. Infant equipment (car or booster seats and travel cots) are charged at a separate fee per item per one way flight.
At airports with self-service kiosks, you should have paid any checked baggage fees and (or) excess baggage charges and deposited your checked luggage at the bag drop desk no later than 40 minutes before planned departure time.
