Airport Regulations - Luxembourg
Luggage is cleared at the first airport of arrival in Luxembourg. Exempt: baggage of transit passengers with a destination outside of the country, provided it is labeled to the stated destination; baggage of passengers that embarked in another Schengen country. You are allowed to carry some baggage, free of charge, subject to conditions and limitations of airline, which are mentioned in the ticket or are available (upon request) from airline or its authorized agents. The weight of each luggage must not exceed 32 kilograms.

Excess baggage: you will be required to pay a charge for carriage of luggage in excess of the free baggage allowance. The rates are available from airline or its authorized agents on request.
